    Hi,
I am a lender and I sent a message to Zidisha Service about a problem on my Transaction History .
I was answered to communicate via Support Ticket...
Where can I find this on my page, or on my account ?
    Isn't it for borrowers ?
    Regards.

    Hello Ahadi.

Yes, support tickets are only for borrowers.
Sorry, your email was sorted into the wrong folder - and apologies for the reply.
I've now assigned your email to the correct folder, and someone who's authorised to respond to lender queries will reply soon.

    Hello Dave,

    Thanks for your concern.
Yes, I still have a problem : In " Your impact ", some of my borrowers have two different loans at the same time...
Their previous loan were completed and they asked for a new one.
But, on october 1st, " Reversal of erroneous repayment " remove money from first loans that are non completed now.
At the same time, these borrowers don't make repayment for the second loan that are now shown as late repayment ....
I think borrowers as lenders are victims of a dysfunction on the website.

    Thanks for your help.
    Regards.

    Hello Ahadi.

    Yes, I think you're right.
Unfortunately the "Reversal of erroneous repayment entry" from the beginning of October has caused problems with some people's accounts.

If you still have queries about this, the best thing would be to write again in your email conversation with Julia and she'll be able to help.
Only her and one or two others are authorised to respond to emails from lenders, so I think it's best they look into any specific details that way.
