    You should clarify your identity by sending email to service@zidisha.org
    As Julia said, you can ask zidisha to review you account by sending them your real identification there, not in this forum. You have to be patient, it will take time for the team to review your account.
    Please read again Julia answer in this post. Try to provide everything for the team to reactive your account again. Gud luck.

    I have clarified to zidisha service & asked what is wrong with my account, I also have sent all the original identity to the team, if my account is considered the data fake paslu where, please help me, greetings of love & respect

    some time ago i got a reply e mail but the reply was not explained why my account was closed & i already sent a reply so my account reviewed again

    Honorable julia kurnia, I am a volunteer, I try to mediate my two friends who admitted closed when the record of good payment & identity according to the identity card of indonesia as well as the driving license issued by the police republic Indonesia, I have sent e mail to the servise several times not there is an answer, I am sure this error I beg to check again

    Honorable julia kurnia, I have sent e-mail several times but until now there has been no reply, I only mediate 2 my friends who admitted closed, whereas good payments & self data also officially issued police republic Indonesia

    Alhamdulillah mas,
    Itu berarti jika ada penutupan akun zidisha. Kita bisa mengirim bukti (seperti KTP atau SIM) guna sebagai peninjauan ulang atas akun yang diblokir. Sehingga kemungkinan akun tersebut bisa diaktifkan kembali? Begitukah mas?

    Iya, lihat juga alasan kenapa akunya ditutup kan beda beda tiap akun
